Organism-based dinners

Organism-based dinners will be organized on Friday 25 August evening (ca. CHF 60.00). I wish participate to the one based on:

PAYMENT METHODS & CONFIRMATION

• By credit card when registering online by secure SSL registration (mandatory for all foreign participation);
• By bank transfert upon receipt of the invoice (for swiss residents only). All bank charges are at the responsibility of the
participant and will be charged in addition to the registration fee if relevant;
• Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment. A confirmation of payment will be sent by email;
• Outstanding payment will be collected onsite and charged at the onsite rate. A copy of bank transfer (or other proof of
payment) will be required in the event that registration fee is not credited to the congress secretariat on time.

Cancellation & Refunds

In case of cancellation 30 days prior the event, the refund of the amount paid will be done net of CHF 60.00 for administrative costs. Thereafter no refund possible. Any registration made within the « early bird » time must be paid during this period. If not the case, the invoice is automatically updated at the current price. The data collected are not passed on to third parties. We only use them to promote the events we organize. Administrative costs will be charged to no shows. Legal jurisdiction is Lausanne/Switzerland.
In case of cancellation by the FPHO due to the pandemic, the amount paid will be refunded with a deduction of 5% for administrative costs.
