  • Handling of the exhibition/sponsoring
  • Coordination with social events and catering
  • Visa applications
  • CME/Swiss accreditation

Work during the congress

  • Setting up of temporary infrastructure for the registration
  • Registration/onsite registration of attendees, speakers and exhibitors
  • General survey of the congress

Work after the congress

  • Updated list of participants
  • Sending of evaluation from to exhibitors and/or participants
  • Final settlement of accounts
