' Prerequisite is membership of the SSS with indication of date of birth (under 40 years old) - please send the proof of status to info@meetingcom.ch

NETWORKING DINNER:
Due to logistical reasons, registration for the networking dinner is now closed. However, there are a few seats available, which you can purchase directly on site at the welcome desk.

Registration fees include : attendance & certificate of participation to the chosen event-s; breaks & lunch according to the programme.
Registration for one day: directly onsite, at 50% of the onsite fee

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

In case of cancellation 60 days prior the event, the refund of the amount paid will be done net of CHF 60.00 for administrative costs. Thereafter no refund possible. Any registration made within the « early bird » time must be paid during this period. If not the case, the invoice is automatically updated at the current price. Administrative costs will be charged to no shows. The data collected are not passed on to third parties. We only use them to promote the events we organize. Legal jurisdiction is Lausanne.
